The CCRT provides grants for debt relief for the poorest and most vulnerable countries hit by catastrophic natural disasters or public health disasters such as Ebola or Covid. 31 CCRT-eligible countries with debt service to the IMF received SDR 690 million (US$927 million) in debt relief between April 2020 and April 2022.
