The IMF's primary climate lending instrument, created in 2022. Provides concessional loans with 20-year maturity and longer grace periods. RST DSAs are required to employ newly-developed climate modules. The trust (RST) is where the funds are transferred and held, the facility (RSF) is the operational arm that develops loan programmes.
